At TrainingCore we understand that effective and successful solutions require experience and expertise. For every job we commit to perform, we assemble a team that has the required experience and knowledge to assure the success of the project. Sometimes we subcontract part of the work to experienced companies with a track record of high-quality performance.  Sometimes we hire ad-hoc consultants to guide our in-house teams.  We are good at getting the right people to do the job right.  We know that team-work makes all the difference and we have a very good team.

History

TrainingCore was founded in 1994 as a corporate training institution.  It offered high-quality, instructor-led courses in computer software applications for construction managers, and office workers.  In 1998, we added specialized courses for software developers and system engineers.

In 1996, in order to keep itself current in the fast-changing world of technology, TrainingCore became a "hands-on" company that provided both corporate training and IT services to businesses.  Our instructors taught and worked on the field, thus offering our students and clients expert, up-to-date information and services. Eventually the service part of the business grew stronger and more profitable, so by the end of 2001, TrainingCore stopped offering corporate training.  Today, TrainingCore has two service departments:  Construction Management and Software Development.

TrainingCore, Inc. is an SBA Certified 8(a), SDB, HUBZone firm since April 2002.  TrainingCore, Inc. is a Hispanic-American Minority Owned Business.  We have a Mentor-Protégé agreement with GEC Associates, Inc. since 2003.  We are are approved to do work in the following NAICS Codes:
