Projects and Experience

TrainingCore, Inc. has a highly qualified, proactive, professional team that has consistently delivered a high quality of service in all of our projects.  Our policy of only hiring highly qualified employees, subcontractors and skilled construction workers accounts for our sustained success.  The repeated job requests and contracting by GSA, the Army Corps of Engineers, the National Park Service, and other government agencies is the best evidence of our commitment to quality of work and satisfactory performance. The following is a partial list of some of these projects:

• Approximately five million dollars in projects over the last 10 years including but not limited to new building construction, parking lot construction, road construction and repair, security fence installation, underground utilities, pre-engineered building construction, hurricane protection, building additions, supply and install commercial kitchen equipment, roof repairs and waterproofing, interior and exterior renovations, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, framing, floor tiles, ceiling tiles, doors and windows, painting, etc. at the Krome Service Processing Center in Miami, Florida.  Currently we have a five year, up to ten million dollars SATOC contract with the Army Corps of Engineers primarily for doing construction work at Krome.
   
• Design-build Moisture Instruction System, installation of 9 Level IV Ballistic Windows in two Judges Chambers, and Roof Replacement at the U.S. Courthouse in Gainesville, GA. (Contracts GS-04P-09-EXC-105, GS-04P,10-EX-C-0090, GS-04P-09-EXC-0122).
  

• Window restoration of the historic building, provide structural analysis, design, and build a prisoners walkway over the 2^nd floor roof at the U.S. Post Office and Courthouse in Columbus, GA (Contract GS-04P-09-EX-0103 , GS-04P-10-EX-C-0033).

• Upgrade Water Distribution System, repair all water pipes, installation of fire hydrant, and mechanical joints at Ft. Matanzas, Castillo San Marco National Monument, St. Augustine, FL (SER-National Park Service).

• New Construction of 5,000 sf Warehousing and Office Space in Richmond DOD/JCESE NAS, Miami, Florida

• Waterproofing the Claude Pepper Federal Building, the James L. King Federal Courthouse, and the Dwyer Federal Building and Courthouse in Miami, Florida as well as the Ft. Lauderdale Federal Building and Courthouse in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida

• Demolition and refinishing the large building fountain at the Ft. Lauderdale Federal Building and Courthouse, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida

• Demolition and rebuilding judges’ chambers, courtrooms, and staff offices for the 11^th Circuit Court of Appeals, James L. King Federal Courthouse in Miami, Florida

• Replaced chiller at Brickell Federal Building in Miami, Florida and at the Key West Federal Building and Courthouse in Key West, Florida
